Rosie’s Corset wowed the crowds at the recent Hospiscare 25th Year Anniversary Party. The champagne was flowing and everyone was in a celebratory mood as we rocked the night away at the Lemon Grove, Exeter University. A fantastic total of £6300 was raised for this worthwhile cause and Rosie’s Corset were delighted to see so many people enjoying the event and dancing to our tunes! Thank you to everyone who came to see us and came to support Hospiscare. If you saw us at this event, please leave your comments here. (Photos to follow shortly)

Trainee Solicitors celebrate ‘Hollywood Style’

Celebrating the end of their training period, the group of Devon Trainee Solicitors joined us for an evening of Hollywood Glamour. After several celebratory drinks, and a delicious meal, everyone managed to find some energy to dance the night away to Rosie’s Corset. Our new number - Dolly Partons ‘Working 9 to 5’ - went down a storm… after a week of working ‘9 to 5’, they were ready to let their hair down and party! Bank Holiday Weekend Filled with Music and Sunshine…

A big hello to anyone who has seen us playing recently. Why not leave some feedback for us here

We kicked off the long weekend with a fantastic night at the University of Plymouth Exmouth Campus Ball at Woodbury Park. 250 students all scrubbed up beautifully and took to the dance floor to celebrate the end of the academic year. Also playing on the evening were the brilliant Brandon Steep, and tribute act Take This.

A brief sleep, and change of clothes later we were back behind our instruments to entertain partygoers at Alans 70th Birthday Party in Wellington. We were joined in the garden by happy friends and family of Alan, all in a celebratory mood as we played into the night. A lovely evening… we’re so pleased it didn’t rain!

The months ahead are going to be a busy time for the band. We’ve got 10 bookings and we’re all really looking forward to making music throughout the summer. Our next gig open to the public will be JUNE 9TH in the POACHERS INN, IDE. (We are playing as part of the Village Fete). Come along to support the band!
