Celebrating the Opening of Coffee on the Corner

On Saturday 16th February we played to a true home crowd as we provided the evenings entertainment celebrating the opening of the new village coffee shop. Local residents, and keen supporters of Coffee on the Corner turned out in force to have a sneak preview of our fab new café, and to dance the night away to Rosie’s Corset. We are all local Exminster folk, so it was great to be involved with this fantastic community event. If you’re ever in the Exminster area, we can certainly recommend a great place for a coffee and slice of cake…

Congratulations Mr & Mrs Roberts - and HAPPY NEW YEAR

On December 18th we were delighted to join Andrea and Jason Roberts as they celebrated their wedding with a 1920’s themed party in Plymouth. The bride and groom and guests were all dressed up and in the celbratory mood. Lots of dancing and champagne helped the evening go with a bang! Congratulations!

MERRY CHRISTMAS from Rosie’s Corset

We’ve been getting in the festive mood lately as we entertain guests at various Christmas parties. December 7th saw us playing to the staff and friends at St. Loyes College, Exeter. The hall had been decked out beautifully with fabulous decorations (well done Hilary!) and everyone was in the mood to party. On December 14th we ventured down to the Tookrak Hotel in Torquay for the Tozers Solicitors LLB Christmas Dinner. A great night was had all round with lots of merry dancing and festive cheer. A big hello to the lovely Sarah and Sue from Tozers who made us feel so appreciated… everyone had a great night! A Busy Weekend

We’ve had a busy few months gigging around the South West. We spent the last weekend in September celebrating with a bit of a sporting theme. On Friday 28th September we were out at Topsham Football Club celebrating Derek Collingwood’s 60th Birthday - HAPPY BIRTHDAY DEREK. After a bit of sleep and a change of clothes, we were back out on Saturday 29th September celebrating the end of the Cricket Season with Kenn Cricket Club in the Exeter Court Hotel, Kennford.
